As a church, we always like to ask God what He's saying about the new year, and already our asking this of God has resulted in a few words / sensings from Him for 2021. Praise God that He speaks to us and gives us direction and hope with His words!
This year, so far, we're hearing the following words:
Preservation - as in Ps. 121. Let’s pray through that Psalm this week.
Redemption - as in God "buying back" for us what the enemy has stolen. This was ultimately accomplished when Jesus gave His life and rose again, and now Holy Spirit is helping us establish this victory in our lives. See 1 Cor. 1:30
Restoration and Renewal - as in God replenishing and revitalizing us and the fullness of life He’s promised us. Let’s believe God for this together! REVIVAL! 2 Chron. 7:14
What are you hearing in your prayer times? PLEASE SHARE!
Please pray these directives above from God over 2021 for our church family and for all who are to become a part of it.
Also, please continue to pray for …
For those that we’ve reached out to this Christmas as a church to experience the joy of God in His provision. For God to make His Presence known to them, and for their salvation / growth in God.
For people to encounter God’s supernatural help when praying.
For wisdom and guidance as we plan our church programs and best ways to pastor people and move the vision God’s given our church ahead
Thank you all. A few minutes or a the better part of an hour here and there across our church family add up to make a HUGE difference. Thanks so much for bringing our church up before the Lord. Please let me know any sensings, etc. you may have from God.
Blessings on your week,
Rowan
