Prayer Power for the Week
Tuesday Night Prayer Meeting details have recently changed. See below.
Hope to see you at one of these really soon! They are great times to learn prayer, to add your voice, and to join faith with others in your church family for what God is up to among us.
Come be part of someone else’s life-changing God-encounter :-)
* 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month
* from 7:15 to approx. 8:15 p.m.
Note: This meeting is Zoom style (heard of it?!) - Comprised of a small teaching / discussion / guest minister on prayer followed by joining our faith together on a few prayer points as Holy Spirit leads us.
This Week Please Pray:
...for His perfect plan in our church as He "makes all things new". I believe God is showing us that to extent we PRAISE HIM, establishing His Glory in this season, is the extent to which we will see it with our natural eyes. Use the closing few chapters of Psalms. Read them aloud. Let’s do this!!!
... for our reach as a church. We are praying and talking strategy around our dual focus of in-person and online services. The potential for us to reach more and more people in need of God-encounters is certainly there. As we do our best to get the word out there, and to pastor people well, let's pray for divine promotion, and God's perfect timing. We will be "wise master builders" in Jesus Name! God, come and “build your church” with us, in this place, in a way that nothing can stop it!
... for the miraculous, Red Sea-Dividing, power of God to be imparted to us for His pattern of redemption in our lives. Pray for our “positioning” in the Spirit as we hear the Holy Spirit coaching us in our lives to “stand still and see the salvation of our God”. Please do this specifically for people, families, situations as the Lord brings them to mind. Eph. 6 - let’s pray that we would choose to stand, and having done all - to STAND!
…for provincial, Canada, and North America / culture issues. We have so much to pray here! Especially this week with the aftermath of the US Presidential Election top of mind for many. Let’s pray hard from (Ps. 18! …and Ps. 144) for God’s intervention in the affairs of mankind! Oh, and Ps. 2!!! Remember - when we do this we are joining a multitude of pray-ers around the world. Feels great to be a part!
Thanks for your prayers everyone! Join us Next Tuesday, 7:15. Just click this link. See you there!
